Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

Please contact us at hello@obshop.co.uk before returning any item. Returns without prior notification may not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless faulty)
- Personalized or custom-made items

 

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first.

 

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
